Hair & Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase if unopened.

Exchange Policy

Hair & Products can be exchanged within 60 days if unopened. Direct value exchange or credit can be applied to orders of a higher value

Client Expectations & Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

Speak Easy Hair Extensions offers a 3-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to verified manufacturing defects.

Manufacturing defects may include:

• Excessive or abnormal shedding caused by weft construction 
• Structural issues present prior to wear
• Defects in stitching or bonding upon initial use

All warranty claims must be submitted within 3 months of purchase. Defect hair will need to be returned. 

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover the following, as these are considered normal wear or user-related factors:

• Length shrinkage or compaction over time
• Trimming, cutting, or customization after install
• Changes caused by heat styling, brushing, friction, or daily wear
• Maintenance practices including oiling, conditioning, washing, or product use 
• Environmental factors (sun exposure, minerals, humidity, hard water, chlorine, salt water)
• Color changes, fading, or warmth over time
• Install timing or length of time hair is stored before installation

Install date is not used to determine warranty eligibility. Warranty coverage is based solely on the purchase date.

 

 

Important Expectations

Hair extensions are a luxury wearable product and will naturally change over time with wear, styling, and maintenance. Gradual shortening, softening of the ends, and texture evolution are expected and do not indicate a defect.

For best longevity, we strongly recommend following Speak Easy Hair Extensions’ approved aftercare guidelines and setting clear expectations with clients regarding lifespan and maintenance.

Every day To ensure fairness and consistency for all partners, no exceptions, replacements, credits, or discounts can be offered outside of warranty terms.
